SHIPPING Place your order for in-stock items up to 2.00pm Monday to Friday and subject to your payment being authorised, we will endeavour to despatch your goods the same day. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Any orders placed on any of the Bank Holidays will be processed the following working day. This is part of the standard delivery service associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service.
Please make sure somebody is at the delivery address since all items over £50 are shipped by courier and a signature will be required upon delivery. RETURNS If you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for refund, (excluding our delivery costs), subject to the following conditions: The item is in re-saleable/re-stocking condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you. You inform us of your desire to cancel within seven working days of receipt of the product, either by email, Telephone or in writing. Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt. The goods were not made to the consumer's specification (e.g. cut cable, stealth shelves or bass boxes) or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be re-sold or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The goods are not software which is unsealed. You must pay the return postage charges by using a method of your own choosing, and ensure that they are packaged properly and safely to avoid damage. If goods are rejected at point of delivery the original carriage charges will not be refunded. Goods are returned within 28 days for refund. Goods are returned in a re-saleable and re-stocking condition and in their original packaging, with all originally included parts intact and included. Any missing or damaged parts will be deducted from the refund amount and or may be returned to you at your cost. If the above criteria are not met or returned goods are refused by In Car Unlimited, because of visual postage damage, we will return them to the customer and also charge the customer value of the carriage.
FAULTY GOODS Any items that are purchased and returned faulty, within 14 days, will be checked and replaced and returned back to the customer, free of charge. Any items which develop a fault after 14 days of purchase will be repaired by an authorised service centre or the manufacturer, depending on their terms and conditions. Simply email your name and address with your purchase details and description of fault and we will arrange collection / repair and return, free of charge, (UK Mainland ONLY). Please allow 14-30 days for this warrantee service. Any faulty goods that have been returned and which have been inspected by our engineers and found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer. These will incur a £25.00 Inspection / test fee and be returned to the customer after payment of fee and postage costs. So therefore please double check that there is a legitimate fault before booking goods in or returning them back to us. All our electronics carry a 12 month minimum warranty. Exclusions include: subwoofer boxes, looms, wiring kits, Software disks, brackets, facia trims, cases, aerials, and speaker plates. Most ex-demo units carry 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated. Subwoofers are not covered for voice-coil damage due to abuse, overheating, or distortion. Speaker tinsel leads are not covered due to abuse. Damage caused to radio front panels by misuse (i.e. dropping) is not covered. These Terms & Conditions of warranty and sale are in addition to your Statutory Rights. Your Statutory Rights remain unaffected. |
